Driven by a longing for growth and self discovery, Tara ventured west to California in 2005 where she has since immersed herself various healing arts and communities whose focus was on the therapeutic value of mindfulness practices. During this time she worked on Esalen Institute’s healing arts staff and trained extensively in Gestalt facilitation. Her search for healing and integration led her to live abroad for several years and took her to nearly twenty countries.
Today Tara studies psychology at Columbia University and works as a rapporteur for the university’s Science and Subjectivity Seminar led by Dr Robert Pollack.
Tara’s diverse life experience and passion for growth make her a thoughtful guide for those navigating times of change and personal transformation. Her multifaceted training enables her to support others ready to reclaim their authentic selves and manifest higher aspirations.
